Crisp Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 lb chicken wings, tips removed

Instructions:

  1. Cut wings at joint. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a large resealable zip bag.
  3. Shake to mix ingredients and add wings. Shake to coat wings.
  4. Line a large baking sheet with release foil and spray with cooking spray.
  5. Add wings in a single layer and spray wings with cooking spray. You may need 2 baking sheets depending on size of wings.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn wings over and bake for another 15 minutes or until crispy and done.
  7. I sometimes add 1 tsp of Cajun seasoning to the flour mixture and then the wings don’t even need sauce. They are tasty just as they are.
